Deposit Policy:

All high-end spa services require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final bill, excepting the circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy below. Exception: Clients that have a Gift Certificate balance of $50 or higher do not have to place a deposit. Any circumstances outlined in the cancellation policy will be applied toward the Gift Certificate instead.

Consult Policy:

While we recommend consults before scheduling an appointment for the first time, they are not a requirement in some cases. You may schedule an appointment for certain services despite having never been seen at the MediSpa before. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be a good candidate for the service you have scheduled unless a consult has been performed by either the MediSpa physician or one of the aestheticians, and not having a consult may result in the service not being completed at time of appointment.

Consults are a separate, non-refundable fee of $25.00 that must be paid at time of booking for aestheticians and technicians, a $75.00 fee for Dr. Brandy, and a $50.00 fee for Elise Rock RN or Allison Smith PA.

Skin consults are required when first time clients are interested in high-end facial skincare services such as Micro-Needling, Laser Skin Care, Chemical Peels, MediSpa Facials, and Dermaplaning.

Depending on skin type, we may recommend clients use the product for 2 weeks leading up to their desired skincare service, to get the most out of their procedure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours (1 business day), failure to show up, or a client being 15 minutes late or more incurs a client loss of their non-refundable $50 deposit, a $50 charge to any existing Gift Certificate balance, or a $50 fee incurred with payment required before completion allowed of client's prepaid package. We reserve the right to place a hold on the final treatment in any prepaid package until all fees are paid. Cancellations for Monday cannot be made on the weekend. Late clients may have to reschedule.

All package sales for services are final and non-refundable. We are committed to providing the best services and high-quality results at competitive prices. Packages are designed to reduce the overall cost of multiple services for the same procedure and require an upfront payment to secure the discount.

Please note that there are no refunds on packages; however, if you are unable to complete your package, we may be able to transfer the remaining balance to a different service. Packages expire two years after the date of purchase.
